We love this stunning, one bed balcony apartment, located in one of the regency squares on Brighton seafront. With buzzy Kemptown Village, full of cafes, bars, pubs, independent and vintage shops on your doorstep and the Palace Pier an easy 20 mins walk along the seafront - it's a perfect location to holiday and experience all Brighton has to offer!

This property mixes traditional and contemporary style beautifully, it has been completely renovated with much love and care. With the period high ceilings & floor to ceiling windows in the living room, seaviews and balcony plus the luxurious soft furnishings & accessories, this is a wonderful place to stay be it a weekend break or a longer!

Located just across the road from the Grade 2 listed Madeira Lift that will take you and your picnic down to the beach. It is open from Easter Sunday throughout the summer and closes on the last day of September.

Living/Dining - Beautiful bright living space with seaviews. Fantastic floor to ceiling bay windows that lead out onto a little balcony where you can stand with coffee and take in the view across the square and down to the sea. Decorated in Farrow and Ball grey, with feature regency green wall & accessories, large hand woven french tapestries, and beautiful floral sconces. Comfortable green leather Chesterfield style double sofa bed for 2 guests. Dining for 4 comfortably.

Kitchen - Brand new, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful Laura Ashley glass tiles.

Access Information

There are about 5 stone steps up to the building front door, the apartment is located on the first floor. Once inside it is split level, with 3 steps down to the bedroom and bathroom area.

Parking Information

There is no on-site parking at this property. You can park on the seafront for £5.20 for 11 hours (please check the parking signs). Alternatively the nearest car park is on High Street, just off St James Street.
