Luxury accommodation over 3 floors, Comes with a rare off street parking place.

Location: Kemp Town. Private Courtyard garden. Wi Fi, 42' TV, Freeview, DVD, i pod docking station, incoming telephone line,cot and high chair available,

Accommodation:

Ground Floor. Spacious Hallway, Fully equipped Kitchen with large dining area (seats 16) and patio doors to outside space. Fully equipped utility room door to outside courtyard garden. Separate Toilet and washbasin.

1st Floor: Large living room (seats 18), with 1 single chair bed & double sofa bed. A bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a triple sleepr and regualr double bunk, bathroom with shower.

2nd floor: Large Master with en suite, Luxurious superking bed and chair bed, another bedroom with superking zip and link bed, and a 3rd bedroom on this floor with a Double bed plus family bathroom on this level with full size bath.

The 2 king size beds are zip and link and can be made up into 4 singles

Walking distance to all attractions, shops & Pier and only 5 min walk to seafront or into the vibrant heart of Kemp town

Please note:

1) No departures Saturday except by prior arrangement. Please contact us.

2) No groups of 21 or under unless accompanied by a supervisor (teacher/carer). Contact us for details as additional security deposit may apply.

3) While events are allowed we do not allow strippers. They offend the neighbours and increase noise levels.

“Great Accommodation For A Large Group”

13 of us (adults and children) stayed for 5 days in August. Great location and felt like a real home from home. Will definitely be returning.

“Owners are Fantastic! Lovely Place”

The owners are terrific. Amazing Villa. Our original stay was during the Corona lockdown & they were incredibly flexible and accommodating - helping us to find alternative dates for the booking. Many of our friends had a completely during experience of changing holiday dates during the pandemic so it was a relief to deal with lovely people. Highly recommend!
