“New Year in an Amazing Location”
We rented the property for 4 nights over New Year. My husband and I have visited Brighton lots of time and decided to bring some friends and there children this time. The location is the best I have ever had, situated in the centre of the lanes close to more bars and restaurants than you could possibly try in even a year. The property is cute, clean and very comfortable and has all the necessities you could need for any break. We stayed with 4 adults, 2 children and our dogs and was all comfortable. Jaqueline who was the host was very accommodating and on hand throughout the stay and prior to respond to any questions.

Response from the owner The pub garden is open until midnight so we have installed secondary glazing to help keep out the noise and we provide fans in the bedrooms so that it's comfortable for sleeping with the windows closed. We also provide complimentary earplugs in all the bedrooms for light sleepers.

“Gorgeous little cottage in an unbeatable location”
We (6 girls) stayed in the looking glass cottage for 3 nights in April and it was the perfect setting for a short holiday in quirky Brighton. The house itself is very cute with the theme extending to even the smallest details and it feels very clean and freshly decorated. In addition, the location for Brighton is unbeatable. Being in the middle of the South Laines means that you are never far from good food, drinks and shopping as well as being practically on the beach. We used to live a 10 minute walk away but actually being in the middle of the action made our stay so much more enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone but particularly to groups of girls looking for a fun getaway. The location means you can be loud and even when inside you feel like you are fully engrossed in the busyness of Brighton. This is also perfect for first timers in Brighton because everything you need to experience (south laines, north laine, pier, beach and pavilion) are a short walk. The stay was very good value especially considering the location, and Jacqueline was a superb host (when our car died just before check-out she let us delay our check-out without hesitation). Cannot recommend highly enough!
