Whilst being a 200 year old historic building it has been fitted with all modern comforts and conveniences including a state of the art smart home automation system and a private cinema home theatre system.

Ideally situated in the heart of the ever-popular Kemp Town village with spectacular views out to sea, the house has been lovingly refurbished and faithfully returned to it's original splendour whilst offering an innovative and state of the art automation system for the ultimate in modern convenience.

Tastefully and stylishly decorated and furnished to the highest quality, the property offers everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in this beautiful and restful haven.

The impressive entrance hall leads in to the grand dining floor with it's large dining table, sumptuous velvet armchairs and working Regency fireplace.

This opens into the fully equipped, bespoke kitchen complete with conventional, steam and combination ovens, bean-to-cup coffee machine, induction hob and stunning marble countertops.

On the first floor, the opulent drawing rooms boast elegant chandeliers, working Regency fireplaces and rich and comfortable furnishings.

The original floor to ceiling French doors flood the rooms with light and allow access to the Juliet balconies, from where you can enjoy stunning and ever-changing views of the sea.

The Master Bedroom suite exudes restful elegance and enjoys a luxury ensuite with a feature double basin, rainfall shower and free-standing double-ended bath in which to relax and pamper yourself.

The 'family floor' has three beautifully furnished bedrooms with king sized beds. There is also a full bathroom with rainfall shower and free-standing double-ended bath.

The basement features a light and spacious lounge, delightful bedroom and a highly specified kitchen and bathroom. The basement lounge also houses the private cinema home theatre system. At the touch of a button, the 2.5 meter-wide projector screen descends from the ceiling, the lights dim and change colour, as your chosen movie begins to play.

It also benefits from a patio area which is a wonderful space to enjoy the fresh air with a glass of wine or two.

All of the beds can be unzipped to form single beds to suit all parties.

“Brighton marathon weekend”

From start to finish the whole process was so easy and Faye was so helpful, we stayed during Brighton marathon weekend as I was running. Myself and 11 other family and friends stayed the house was amazing clean and well furnished. It had everything we needed and Faye wasn't there to meet us but sent me videos to show me where everything was and how to use everything. Could not have picked a better place to stay would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

“Magnificent house, perfect location, would love to return!”

What a house! Thank you very much Faye. The whole of our family (10 + small dog) enjoyed their stay. The size and layout of the house allowed everyone some privacy and we loved gathering in the large kitchen and sitting room. You have decorated beautifully and we are very much hoping we can return one day...!

How do damage deposits work?
