Second Floor

Bedroom One - Sleeps 7, in 3 sets of single bunk beds, plus a single MADE chair bed.

Bedroom Two - Sleeps 2, in a double bed.

Third Floor

Bedroom Three - Sleeps 3, has a super king size bed plus a single MADE chair bed. En suite with bath, shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Family Bathroom - With bath, shower over, wash basin and WC.

Fourth Floor

Dressing Room - A dedicated dressing room on the top floor, with shower room, wash basin and WC and Bose Bluetooth speakers. There is also a 43 inc smart TV with freesat, board games, DVD Player and beanbags.

There is a small balcony towards the rear of the property, on the first floor. Guests are advised to exercise caution - not suitable for ladies in heels!

Open plan kitchen/dining room, inspired by Cath Kidston, a bright and pleasant room to enjoy dining with friends and family. The large table extends to seat up to 20 guests. Oblique sea views from the original regency bay window, with white wooden shutters.

The Kitchen has plenty of work top space and is fully equipped for your self catering needs;

Living Room

Gorgeous living room located on the first floor, with dual aspect windows and oblique sea views from the original feature regency bay window. Decorated in elegant shades of grey, with rich purple accessories. Plenty of seating with a huge corner sofa and a large three seater sofa, which convert into two full sized double beds, plus a large arm chair and a further 2 seater sofa which converts into a single bed.

The flat screen TV has Freeview channels. There is a DVD player and iPod dock at the property and also Wifi access.

There is a small balcony towards the rear of the property. Guests are advised to exercise caution - not suitable for ladies in heels!

There are 4 bathrooms in this property, plus a ground floor cloakroom/WC;

An en suite shower room, with wash basin and WC, on the lower ground floor. Accessed via bedroom four.

Bedroom One

Lovely, bright bedroom to sleep 5 guests in 5 single beds. Situated on the second floor. Oblique sea views from the original regency bay window. Beautiful ornate mirrors, feature wallpaper and elegant furnishings make this a stylish and comfortable space to sleep and relax.

Bedroom Two

Good sized bedroom with hotel standard zip and link beds, which can be made up as twins or a king size bed (please advise preferred set up at time of booking). Situated on the second floor, towards the rear of the property. Decorated with lovely feature wall paper & coordinating soft furnishings.

Bedroom Three

Fabulous triple bedroom with en suite bathroom, situated on the 3rd floor. There are 3 single beds, two of which can be zipped together to make a king size double, perfect for families or three singles! (Please advise preferred set up at time of booking)

Oblique sea views from the original regency bay window. This room has been tastefully decorated with beautiful feature wallpaper and coordinating cushions.

The en suite has bath, shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom Four

Pleasant double bedroom, located on the lower ground floor.

With en suite shower room, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom Five

Triple bedroom, located on the lower ground floor. With 3 single beds.

Dressing Room

Dressing room located on the fourth floor, with pretty dressing tables and an en suite.

Dual aspect windows and skylight make this a perfect bright and airy space to get ready for a hard days shopping, or glamming it up for a night on the town!

Response from the manager Further to the previous review left, we are very sorry this happened during your stay. Please see the reply below: We are so very sorry that you were burgled at Darling by the Sea. We would like to assure you that the landlords have been, and are doing everything they can to stop this from happening again. While we appreciate what a horrible experience this was for you all, it is guests responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are locked and secured before leaving the property, as you would before leaving your own houses. As per your report to the Police when you left the balcony living room window open and went out, this was almost an open invitation to any potential thieves. Following this break in window limiters have been added to this window in addition to the pre existing window locks on all openable windows, door locks have been changed and the balcony door now has thumb turn key locks at the top and bottom, the front door has had increased security and the owners are also gathering quotes for CCTV installation. Re the keys you were given, no keys have been lost- this property is usually accessed via a keypad entry system. A set keys is only given to guests when the keypad entry system is not working. With just one set of keys and access to a key safe this ‘fall back position’ means multiple keys are not in circulation or taken in error by guests. We are taking this very seriously and are doing everything we possibly can to stop this from happening ever again. Our apologies again for the upset and inconvenience this has caused everyone.
