Description
This Central Brighton Town House is the perfect base for group holidays, hen nights and other celebrations and long weekends. The accommodation will comfortably sleep 22 people. Located right in the centre of Brighton, it is only a few hundred metres from the Pier, the Beach, the Brighton Pavilion and the famous Brighton Lanes. There are hundreds of fantastic restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and night clubs all within close walking distance. The house is in such a perfect central location that you will not need a car during your stay but if you do need your car, there are plenty of carp parks close by.
The house has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, 3 family bathrooms (with 2 baths with overhead showers and a very large walk-in shower) and 7 bedrooms. It can sleep up to 22 people, many of the beds are zip and link so that you have plenty of options to have bedrooms with King size doubles or single beds depending on your preferred sleeping configuration.
The house also has free wi-fi throughout, a dining room, living room as well as seven bedrooms. This should mean whatever the size of your group you will have plenty of communal spaces to relax in and enough bedrooms to ensure that you are comfortably spread out throughout the building.
Comfort throughout has been considered from the quality of the beds to the use of high quality Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels.
There is a well equipped kitchen for catering for large groups with two fridges, a freezer and two large capacity ovens.
Brighton Council recently voted for a motion which means that all large group accommodation properties without C1 planning permission (guest accommodation) would be closed down. Almost all large properties on this site have C3 (residential only) and not C1 planning permission and the council has started to close down these C1 properties in 2023 by issuing planning enforcement notices.
This house has C1 planning permission as it has been used for guest accommodation in Brighton for over 200 years. Please bear this ruling in mind when making a booking for a large house many months in advance with another property as your booking may be cancelled with them. 99% of other properties do not have the correct planning permission to offer large group accommodation in the city. This property does.
