Description
La Maisment is a recently-built holiday home with all home-to-home comforts, set in a secure enclosed garden. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Normandy. The surrounding area provides plenty to do for all ages : Just a 5-minute drive to a pretty market town with a beautiful lake and sandy beach; play area for children; swimming area; water sports; miniature golf + amenities. You'll also find a choice of restaurants, street cafés, supermarkets, post office, bakers, butchers, newsagents, doctors, dentist, chemists, banks, 24-hr petrol stations and twice-weekly market etc. Several chateaux within a 20-minute drive, long sandy beaches on the coast and many charming typical Norman villages where you can play "boules" with the locals, practice your French or just enjoy a glass of wine on a terrace café.

- We have tried to equip La Maisment with everything one would like to find in a holiday home : dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, TV + DVD player (with DVDs for all ages), kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron + hair dryer. - Fully-tiled bathroom with double washbasin, large walk-in shower and towel drier.
- Ensuite ground floor bedroom with kingsize bed + cot.
- Two bedrooms upstairs on the mezzanine. One large twin bedroom (2 singles) + a smaller double room. House + bed linen provided (sheets, quilt covers + pillowcases, table cloth, dish cloths + kitchen towels). The beds are made up for your arrrival.
- Please note : In all there is 1 kingsize bed, 1 double bed and 2 singles, dining seating for four (+ high chair), and lounge seating for four. So La Maisment can ideally accommodate two couples OR one couple with two/three children.
- La Maisment is extremely "child-friendly" - Baby/Toddlers' equipment available on request (2 cots, 2 highchairs, bath, potty, cutlery, stair gate etc). Plenty of toys, books + games inside and out.
- Welcome "Starter-Pack" provided : tea, coffee, milk, sugar, fruit juice, eggs from our hens, toilet paper, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, soap, washing-up liquid, dish-washer + washing machine tablets, charcoal for the barbecue etc

I'm afraid we cannot accept pets, again for the comfort of all our guests.
Check-in is any time after 4pm and Check-out before 10am. These times are flexible and can be earlier/later depending on if we have other guests before/after you. Please enquire.
