Recently built beautifully appointed luxury ground floor apartment within a 10 minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach at Viking Bay and a short drive from Broadstairs' 6 other sandy beaches. Which has been awarded a 4* rating by Visit Britain
The apartment is furnished to very high standard in a contemporary style with a feature double height vaulted ceiling in the living/dining room.
The apartment also benefits from a secluded garden ideal for BBQ's or just relaxing at the end of a busy day.

The property enjoys the benefit of Sky HD which can be viewed on a 42inch HD ready TV. You also have the use of a DVD player recorder or you can even live pause or record programs on the Sky HD Box. If you wish to purchase films through Sky Box Office there will be an additional charge based on the rental fee. There is also the use of a Playstation 3 with some games in the apartment or bring your own.

“Everything we Hoped for!”
Apartment was lovely, everything you need and in a great location. Beds were super comfy and we had a great relaxing week stay.

“Excellent accommodation”
Clean, comfortable accommodation. Our third visit to Kinsville. Close to town and the beach and WestCross. Plenty of space for our family of 4! The bathroom was a welcome improvement and the apartment had everything we needed for the week including a BBQ. Dedicated parking space at rear was definitely a bonus! Will definitely return.

“Perfect as always”
Our 3rd visit as it has been the best accommodation for a family of 5. Clean and spacious. Furniture and bathroom was also upgraded since our last visit. Weather was extremely hot and so close to the beach! Good communication with owner. Strongly recommend for a stay. Thank you.

“Perfect”
Our 2nd stay here as it was great the first time round and still is. Contemporary, clean and tidy place to stay and accommodates well for a family of 5. Area is quaint and within walking distance to the beach. Close to amenities/town centre. Good clear communication with the the owner. Also lucky with the weather. Nightlife was also thriving and managed to catch the fireworks display. We would definitely make a visit to Broadstairs again!

“Miss”
Lovely stay. Flat was very personally equipped clean and comfortable. Great location. The out door space could do with a little TCL. Would recommend and stay here again
