Lime Tree Cottage sits in the heart of historic St Peters. It's a charming mixture of Georgian and Victorian architecture, with a really homely feel...perfect to come back and relax in after a day at the beach, or exploring the nearby pleasures of Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Margate, Sandwich, Deal, Canterbury etc. The cottage boasts off-street parking for up to three vehicles, a large kitchen/diner with all facilities for self-catering, a beautiful lounge area with entertainment hub, an inspiring sun-room (perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee), a south-facing courtyard garden (for a summer evening bbq), w.c / wet room, 3 good-sized double bedrooms and family bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The cottage is kept to a high standard of interior design. A perfect Kent retreat.

Booking deposit required is £100,(non refundable paid immediately) paid direct into bank account or a cheque (3 business days clearing required). Full payment for rental needs to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. A breakages/excess cleaning deposit of £100 is also required and this is returnable by post on inspection.
Rental agreement will be sent once booking is confirmed.

Bed 2: Bright and airy, South-facing room, 4ft 6 double bed divan with drawers, ample storage space.
Bed 3: As Bed 2 above.
Bathrooms: Upper floor room with large bath and separate shower cubicle, W.C., basin, towel storage.
Separate W.C. in utility room downstairs.
Kitchen: Large Kitchen/Diner, with Baumatic range cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. We have tried to include everything you would require for a self-catering holiday.
Utility Room: Washing machine, separate W.C.and hand basin. Large washing line in back courtyard area. Pegs and line prop supplied.
Living Rooms: Large entrance hall leading to beautiful period lounge, featuring working fireplace, seating for 5, parquet-effect flooring, huge sash windows with original shutters, 32" plasma Freeview TV and DVD player.
Other: Second lounge area/sun room, with loads of seating, separate TV and DVD player (for the kids), wooden flooring, leading to private, south-facing courtyard garden with bench seating, ideal bbq area.

“Great for the family”
We were a party of 6: 2 children, 2 parents and 2 Grandparents. We had a great time here and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it. The house is spacious, the 6 of us had plenty of room and rooms to spread out. It’s well furnished and maintained. There is an enclosed garden, sun room, lounge and kitchen/diner downstairs for space. 2 private parking spaces were also very handy. There is little noise and there is also both an upstairs and downstairs shower and toilet. The location is also excellent. Across the road there is a microbrewery which you can enjoy. There is a good sized Coop supermarket 1 minute away. My kids enjoyed “Mr Lemonheads” specialist sweetshop next door. There’s a number of takeaway and delivery food options within range. You can walk to the beach (20 to 30 mins depending on speed of your kids). Personally we drove to Joss bay as it’s a nice beach with a spacious car park. There’s plenty to do and see in the general area. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. The welcome basket was a nice touch.

“Fabulous”
Absolutely lovely cottage, clean well equipped and a pleasure to stay in a real home from home. Great location with everything you need in walking distance and a 30 min walk to beach. Would highly recommend

“lovely characterful house, in a great part of Kent”
This was just what we were looking for. The landlords were friendly and helpful. the house was comfortable and had all the aspects you might want. my two (grown up) daughters were taken with the area and my grand-daughter (not so grown up) enjoyed her first proper beach experience.. My son in law and i volunteered to research the local pubs and were not disappointed. we would willingly visit again.

“Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped accommodation”
This accommodation is well placed for access to all area's of Thanet, it is within walking distance of good pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is exceptionally well equipped and the furniture and fittings and decoration are of a very high quality. There is ample car parking space but unfortunately it is not possible to turn a car around so you have to reverse on to a busy main road. the locals must be used to this practice in this area and were very accomodating in stopping to let us out of the drive
