This modern semi-detached weatherboard town house is situated in the coastal town of Broadstairs and can sleep ten people in four bedrooms.Kinsale is a modern semi-detached weatherboard town house situated in the coastal town of Broadstairs and can sleep ten people in one ground floor double with shower, basin and WC, two second floor doubles (one with en-suite) and a third floor family room. There is also a family bathroom on the second floor. The rest of the cottage contains a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Parking is limited to either one large or two small vehicles. Additional parking at the pay and display car park next door charged at £4 per day. Secure bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with decked terrace with furniture and an additional patio area. The beach is within walking distance and there are museums, historic houses and shops to explore, making Kinsale an excellent seaside family base.

Beach 7 mins walk. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: This cottage is a townhouse with living accommodation on the first floor, not suitable for those with limited mobility.
