Description

Sunshine Villa is a large Victorian house that has been lovingly restored to a high standard. Two reception rooms, dining room for 8 and a fully fitted, modern kitchen create a spacious, airy home which is ideal for large groups or families on holiday who need space by the sea. We use hotel bed linen - beautiful white linen and fluffy white towels.We are located up a quiet side street a short stroll from the beach. Plus we have parking which is hard to find in Broadstairs.

The South facing Morroccan themed courtyard with barbeque and seating is a tranquil place to relax after a day on the beach.

We are very proud to have been awarded a certificate of excellence by Trip Advisor for our top ratings from our guests,

Each bedroom is carefully decorated to create a relaxing environment for our guests - 2 bathrooms and a separate WC is ideal for large groups.

There is a 'play room' for children which includes, TV and a box of fun dressing up clothes, lots of books and games.

Internet wifi has just been installed for business and pleasure.

Golf is only a putt away at the North Foreland golf course or mini golf is 5 minutes away. Great coastal bike and walking trails. Sailing clubs. There's something for everyone in Broadstairs - old or young. Our pictures say it all !

The long awaited Turner Contemporay is now open and its only 5mins away on the train from Broadstairs to Margate. Why not go for a stroll around Margate Old town afterwards. Dreamland is a great day or evening out

Frommers voted the Kent coast as the one of the top 12 destinations in the World for 2011, so come and check us out Thanet is a hidden gem. No need to travel abroad ,staycation in Broadstairs offers it all.

“Sunshine cottage”

A beautiful property. Every possible comfort achieved in decor, space and every possible item required ie kitchen items was available. All rooms in the house are large and bedrooms very spacious. Good quality beds, bedding etc The courtyard was stunning and although small, was very comfortable and relaxing Parking at house. Short walk to the beach - 5 mins Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our week stay and would recommend to anyone whose looking to book a vacation in Broadstairs Thank you to the hosts for thinking of everything

Terrific house very centrally located with Viking Bay only a 5 minutes walk away. The owners have put in many touches to make this house feel like your home. As 5 old friends we had plenty of room - and it is well appointed for 8 comfortably. Will definitely recommend!

“Lovely house in a perfect location”

We originally booked this family holiday for May 2020 but had to reschedule for this year due to the pandemic. Our trip was certainly worth the wait. We all loved Broadstairs and Sunshine Villa was a super place to stay and its location only minutes from the beach was ideal. No sooner had we arrived than the grown ups discovered the cake and pint of milk left in the fridge for us and our four year old granddaughter found the toy room which kept her engrossed throughout the week. The house is in lovely condition, beautifully decorated, spacious and very welcoming. The courtyard was a real suntrap, and a lovely place to sit and chat over coffee while we planned our day. We wanted to book for the same week next year but found Sunshine Villa had already been taken, which shows how deservedly popular it is for a self catering base.
