Description

The apartment is located in a compound overlooking the sea between Catania and Siracusa. There are a master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two twins beds and a sofa bed, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with a breathtaking view on Etna Volcano. Every room overlooks the sea. Private parking spot is also available. You'll have access to compound's sea water swimming pool, solarium and private beach. It is ideal to relax. If you prefer to visit historical cities or sites they are very close by: Catania 30 min, Siracusa 45 min, Noto h1, Etna Volcano or Taormina h 1,30. Since public transportation is not really an option, it would be preferable to drive there. It is 20 min. from Catania airport.

During the rest period between 2 pm and 4.30 pm it is forbidden to jump into the pool or to make noise. The owners will be there at your arrival and at your departure and, of course, they will be available if you need anything. Email to inform the owners of your estimated arrival is welcomed. The cost of apartment includes bed linen and towels, shampoo and shower gel; is required an extra for final cleaning amounting of € 30,00.

Getting around

Unfortunately public transport are not very reliable and it is suggested to rent a car so you can move around independently and with more comfort. However, there is a bus transport service towards Augusta or towards Catania.

Interaction with guest

The owner will be present upon arrival and their departure and will be available whenever you will need by phone or in presence. If requested, they can suggest excursions to do or places of interest to visit as well as restaurants and other facilities where you can taste the specialties of the region.

House rules

It is not allowed to organize parties or events. In windy terrace of the cushions they must be picked up at home. The bath towels made available to the guests must be used only for the shower. On request they can be supplied towels to use at the pool or on the beach for a small fee. Check-in is at 13.00 and check-out at 10:00 except different needs that must be notified in advance. Otherwise an additional cost will be required.
