Villa Jovi is a luxury and contemporary 4 bedroom villa situated close to the Porto do Mos Beach and with easy access to amenities and the town center of Lagos. Furnished to a luxury standard and offers air-conditioned bedrooms and Wi-Fi, this is a perfect family holiday villa.
Villa Jovi is a luxury, contemporary villa situated close to the Porto do Mos beach and amenities. This villa comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a cloak room on the ground level. The villa offers Wi-Fi, a private pool , garden area and off street parking through the electric gates. This is a great villa for a super family holiday in the sun.
Villa Jovi enters into the living area with a dining table and 8 chairs; the lounge has seating around the flat screen TV and DVD player, there is Wi-Fi throughout the villa, the living area has a wall of sliding glass doors that let in plentiful light and lead out onto the terrace, garden and pool area, there are electric shutters on all the windows to keep the villa cool in the hotter months and to add extra security. From the living area there is a door leading through to the kitchen, this is a well-equipped room with, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and all modern utensils, perfect for catering for the whole family. There is a door to the far end of the kitchen that leads outside to where there is a built in BBQ and sink for some outside cooking and dining.
There are 4 bedrooms in this villa, 3 of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor of the villa and have air-conditioning, the master suite has a king size bed an en-suite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe, there’s a sliding door that leads out to the balcony, the second bedroom on this floor is also a double bedroom and the 3rd bedroom is a twin room, both these bedrooms share a full family bathroom, all of the bedrooms have sliding doors out to the balcony, they also have mosquito nets to allow fresh air in the villa without any midges to follow.
The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa this is a twin bedroom and has a bathroom with a shower sink and WC.
The outside of the villa has a lovely pool about 5 x 10 meters surrounded by garden and patio area, there are 8 sunloungers and an outside dining table and chairs.
Villa Jovi is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Intermarche) and about a 15 minute walk to the Porto do Mos Beach and about a 15 - 20 minute walk into the town center. Although a car is recommended for getting around.

Nearest shop: Intermarche is 10 minutes away on foot, it hosts a wide variety of goods including many English brands.
Nearest beach: Praia do Porto do Mos also hosts 2 lovely beach restaurants it is 25 minutes away on foot.
