Dal Lo splendido appartamento che affittiamo fa parte di una Casa/villa situata a BUDONI PAESE, a 350 metri dalla spiaggia principale di Budoni, la buona posizione con il mare raggiungibile a piedi , lo rende l’ideale sia per una coppia, due coppie, sia per famiglia con bambini. Pur essendo vicino al mare la casa è posizionata in zona tranquilla, pertanto offriamo una vacanza all'insegna del relax.
La casa è strutturata in alcuni appartamenti, ognuno di essi é completamente indipendente, con veranda coperta.
Proponiamo dei trilocali composti da : due camere da letto, zona soggiorno con angolo cottura, 1 bagno con doccia.
L'appartamento al piano terra è arredato nelle tonalità del turchese. Cucina in celeste e panna,il bagno ha i colori dell'azzurro e turchese. Camere da letto con letti in ferro battuto, Armadio a muro in celeste.
L'appartamento al primo piano ha la cucina nella tonalità del color panna, camera da letto in ferro battuto, cameretta con i due letti in legno, armadio a muro color noce.
All'interno del cortile c'è il posto auto privato, abbiamo vari barbecue in muratura, le docce esterne, la riserva idrica , illuminazione esterna, locale lavanderia con lavatrici. Diamo particolare importanza alla pulizia, infatti l'appartamento viene consegnato sempre perfettamente pulito

Tv , cucina completamente accessoriata, frigorifero con freezer, cucina a gas, forno elettrico, lavatrice, stendi biancheria, fili per stendere in giardino, asse e ferro da stiro, sedie e tavolo per veranda. Barbecue in muratura. Doccia esterna. Posto auto privato. Riserva idrica.
La nostra struttura è ubicata in una zona ben servita ( a circa 300 metri trovate market, bar, giornali,pescheria,pasticceria,ristorante ) e nel contempo ci troviamo sulla strada per la meravigliosa spiaggia di sabbia bianca chiamata "Lido del Sole" o "Stella Marina".
L’ubicazione dei nostri alloggi fa sì che i nostri ospiti siano in grado, in pochissimo tempo, di raggiungere le località più belle, più ricche di tradizione e più interessanti della nostra isola.
