Description
Villa Mariposa has been recently renovated and consists of a villa with terrace on the upper floor and an apartment on the ground floor, it is immersed in the beautiful Sardinian countryside but a few kilometers from the sea. It is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. It is located just 5 km from the center of Budoni, in an unspoiled valley, about 200 meters above sea level. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of flowers and plants, full of colors and scents, where you will find a swimming pool equipped with tables, umbrellas and deck chairs, a solarium with sunbeds, a spacious barbecue area equipped with a gazebo and a dining area, outdoor tables open, and a small relaxation area with hammock and rocking chair. The parking is private and internal to the structure, also has a large underground tank that guarantees a water reserve for any eventuality. The swimming pool is the strong point of our garden with its wonderful view of the sea and sunrise. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of Villa Mariposa. Villa Mariposa is the optimal solution for those who love nature, want to comfortably sunbathe in absolute silence and enjoying the sea view, and above all it is perfect for those who love to observe the stars. Its versatility makes it ideal for both couples and families with children. It is also possible to reserve the entire structure for small events, celebrations of anniversaries, and to celebrate romantic honeymoons. The whole structure is equipped with free internet connection. Upon reservation it is possible to organize visits and excursions, cruises to the islands and the Gulf of Orosei, rent bicycles, go horseback riding. Our strategic position allows you to visit in a few minutes numerous beaches of incredible beauty and different characteristics, in order to satisfy every need. The Gulf of Orosei to the south, Tavolara and the Costa Smeralda to the north are also easily accessible. It is also possible to walk for a walk along the paths starting directly from the structure and reaching the panoramic areas from which to admire the island of Tavolara and the beautiful Sardinian coast. Our luxury villa, 120 square meters, on two levels, consists of a large living room with a large smart satellite TV, DVD player and video library, a real stone fireplace, which covers the entire wall, an intimate reading and collection room , with a large corner sofa and a bookcase. The built-in kitchen is really equipped with every comfort, and has a small pantry. Going up the stairs, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed, the other two have a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The two spacious double bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar. One has a panoramic sea view balcony, the other has access to a private sea view garden. One bathroom has a built-in shower and a washing machine, the other has a spacious circular tub with a hydromassage shower. A large covered veranda of about 30 square meters wraps around the living area, allows you to eat comfortably outdoors and spend unique moments, admiring the sea, the pristine valley, the flower garden. The final cleaning costs are 80 euros to be paid locally. The linen for the bathroom and for the beds is available on request at a cost of 10 euros per person per stay.
