Description

This unique flat has 1 dorm with a double bed, fan and TV. A living room with a double sofa bed, a big dining table (for 7) and a practical breakfast table and cold/hot air conditioner. The Kitchen is fully equipped (electrical oven/grill, microwave, fridge with freezer, etc). It also has 2 lovely balconies (front and back), excellent for quiet moments and a fully equipped bathroom with Bathtub and Bidet the apartment has high speed internet (Wi-Fi), cable TV, air conditioning and fan, heating system, dishes and cutlery , cookware, sheets, blankets and towels for 4 people (2 per person)


The place is ideal for students, since the University of Buenos Aires is located at 15 minutes subway

How do damage deposits work?

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
