Located in the Palermo Soho neighborhood - considered to be the most vibrant area of Buenos Aires - this luxury loft/apartment is just 4 blocks from Plaza Serrano.
Today Palermo Soho is the center of the modern design in Buenos Aires, surrounded by hundred of restaurants, pubs and clubs.
The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to it’s location. It is in a brand new building completed in 2007.
The apartment offers a bright living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen opened to the living area, one bedroom in suite with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2.10) or two single beds, a full bathroom with a great jacuzzi and a shower.
The flat is in a first floor by stairs (no elevator).
Our company manages several apartments in this same building if you are coming with your family or friends.
