Located in the Palermo Soho neighborhood -considered to be the most vibrant area of Buenos Aires - this ultra luxury apartment is just three blocks from Plaza Serrano in the heart of Soho.
The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The unit is actually a triplex unit. The living room and kitchen are on the lower level which leads up to the two bedrooms with ample storage space and the full bathroom and then there is a staircase that leads to the totally private terrace area. There is also a balcony off the living room as well.
The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed. The building is located on a quiet tree lined street. There is a modern elevator that goes up to the apartment. There is also a covered garage space for those that have a car (optional).
No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end custom made for this apartment.
The living room features a 32' LCD flat screen TV with extensive cable. The main bedroom features a King size bed with luxury mattress and the second bedroom a Queen size bed. There is a 32' LCD TV as well as DVD in the bedroom area as well. Air conditioning cool/heat is provided throughout the apartment. There are black out blinds that cover the floor to ceiling windows.
