One bedroom apartment located in Recoleta neighbourhood, one of the most exclusive zones of Buenos Aires, with excellent transportation: buses, taxis, subways, at two blocks from the famous Recoleta Cemetery. At walking distance you have the Pillar Basilica - Basilica del Pilar, the National Gallery, Plaza Francia, Plaza Mitre. The area has many beautiful restaurants, bars,

The apartment was completely made new in 2015 and offers spacious rooms with much light, good closets and a queen double bed, an excellent full, incredible bathroom and bright living room with large sofa, TV 32 " and very complete kitchen with table and four chairs.

It has air conditioner is in the living room above the window.

The room has a big fan hanging from the ceiling.

Building with 24 hour security.

All equipments: air conditioner, refrigerator, water heater and oven are class A energy efficiency equipment in order to use as less energy as possible in order to reduce Green House Gas (GHG) emissions.

In 2019 we incorporated a carbon monoxide alarm between the kitchen and the water heater.

Up to 4 guests can sleep in the apartment, two on the big queen size bed in the room and two more on the sofa - bed in the living room. The old sofa bed was replaced by a conventional sofa and a carriage bed below that can be stored underneath the sofa for more comfort.

Lastly, the apartment has an utility room / washing room where you may hang wet clothes for drying.

Getting around

Getting around The zone has superb public transportation availability, the new H subway / underground is at only one and a half blocks from the building!!!! And many public buses go through Las Heras Avenue, taxis too! Radio taxi services are also available. There are at least four nearby car parking garages that you may use to park your car. Rates change because of inflation. There are also several supermarkets were you may buy food and other things that you may need, as well as drugstores (pharmacies), bars, and the very well know Recoleta Mall, only one block and a half away from the building.

Interaction with guest

Check ins are done ate the apartment typically after 2pm, and check outs are done before 10am. If possible, we can arrange with you doing check ins and check outs according to your travelling schedule. Please take note that check-ins before 2pm hs are "early check ins" and may have an earlly check in fee of 10 USD if done before 10 am, with prior coordination. Check ins later than 10pm are "late check-ins" and have a 20 USD extra fee. If the check in is at the apartment, you must also pay for the administrator's transportation. We speak English, Portuguese and Spanish. With a little more difficulty and patience we can communicate with you in very basic French and German.

The building entrance has two 4 step stairs, you should not book the apartment if you use a baby carriage or a wheelchair.
