Relax in your own private rooftop jacuzzi as you sip on a cocktail relishing the view over the Palermo skyline. Or prepare your own gourmet dinner on the outdoor private terrace Parilla (BBQ) with dining table and chairs. Enjoy the sunrises over Rio De La Plata (The Silver River) as you start your day and the spectacular sunsets as you prepare for the exciting nightlife close at hand in Palermo. US$300 security deposit via the secure platform, returned on check-out assuming no damages or excess cleaning required. Normal checkin time is 2pm, although earlier possible if no guest departs the same day. For checkins or checkouts after 8pm there may a late fee of US$20. Normal checkout time is 11am, although a free late checkout is possible if the apartment is not booked on the day of checkout.

The entire unit has now been replaced by a brand new as well larger unit, ensuring many future years of service. The other minor issues are confirmed all now in order, as well your improvement suggestions are great ideas we will look to implement such as LED lighting. How do damage deposits work?
