Description
Located within walking distance of the excellent restaurants and shops in the thriving village of Burnham Market. Saltwater has recently undergone a major refurbishment, including new oak flooring throughout, three new bathrooms, an extended bedroom with dressing area, 50" 'Smart' TV, free WiFi, along with many other stylish features. The beautiful North Norfolk coast is just a couple of miles away. Daylight streams through the floor to ceiling glass doors in every principal room, making the most of the big Norfolk skies. White walls, combined with original works by renowned local photographers and artists, give a contemporary feel. Saltwater has three Super King size beds - one of which usually configured as a Twin - and all with luxury cotton bedding. All three bathrooms have power showers, the family bathroom also having a full size bath. White towels and quality toiletries from Arran Aromatics.
The large open plan sitting room has a tranquil ambiance complemented by a log burning stove and 50" 'Smart' TV. Most rooms, have direct outside access. The fully equipped kitchen has mirrored quartz worktops, new ceramic hob, Miele oven, Smeg dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Rear bedrooms lead out to a professionally landscaped and decked outdoor living space in which to enjoy that glass of wine after a long day on the beach - where you have unlimited use of the Beach Hut - look out for the one painted like a Union Jack! Well behaved pets are very welcome, but the owner does, of course, accept full responsibility.

“Saltwater, Burnham Market”
A fab find. Beautiful, spacious, clean accommodation. Owners very helpful. Tea, coffee, milk all supplied. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Added bonus of the beach hut. Highly recommend this for a break away. Will return.

“Lovely mini break pre Christmas season”
We love North Norfolk & we love the house. First time visiting for a long time, but still lovely. Didn’t get much exploring done, due to the storm, however, had a very nice time regardless.

“Very comfortable house with beach hit bonus!”
Very comfortable stay, well equipped with fabulous beds and showers! Huge super king bed in the master bedroom. Lovely garden and parking for two cars, one in front of the other. Short walk to chip shop and Chinese takeaway. Five minutes walk to the centre of Burnham Market. Added bonus of being able to use the owner’s beach hit at Wells-next-the-sea, a must visit if you’ve never been. Sat drinking a glass of bubbly on beach hut veranda watching the world go by- perfect!
