This apartment is a penthouse, the accommodation is comfortable comprising 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin both with fitted wardrobes, and a house bathroom.
The kitchen is separated and is well equipped with utensils and appliances. The lounge has a TV/LCD and air conditioning.
There is a private terrace with table, chairs and umbrellas, where you can enjoy a relaxing drink after a day on the beach and right before trying the splendid sea food that the restaurants in Cabanas have to offer.

Building with Apartments ideally located, in a quiet street, the Waterfront, the Restaurants and the Bars are in a easy walking distance (2 minutes).

The Apartments of this building is ideally located close to the waterfront (Ria Formosa). Well furnished, this is ideal holiday apartment for families, golfers and couples. Bedrooms all have large windows and are furnished with couple beds and single beds.
The Waterfront of Cabanas with his Bars and restaurants are in a easy walking distance (2 minute walking).
In the summer months there's always boats that can take you to Cabanas Island (1 minute) and you can rent a Water Taxi that takes you to the endless and unspoiled islands near or to beaches that are almost desert with their fine golden sand, washed by a crystal clear water of the Atlantic. In the other months is easy to find someone that can take you to the islands. The beaches of Tavira and its famous island are known for being the most clean and intact beaches in Algarve and southern Europe all with blue flag. These beaches are known as be some of the most unspoiled sandy, wide and clean beaches in the Algarve and southern Europe, and all of them part of the Natural Park 'Ria Formosa', a Portuguese heritage.
Golfers will enjoy the variety of courses the area has to offer, in less than 10 minutes driving you have three Golf Courses, Benamor, Quinta da Ria e Quinta de Cima. .
Monte Rey (championship standard), is 15 minutes driving and Castro Marim is within 25 mins drive and also has 2 splendid courses, Castro Marim Golfe and Quinta do Vau.
