Description

Modern apartment, with communal pool, on the top floor (second floor). Totally furnished and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and television with lots of channels. The apartment has a large terrace on the south side and a smaller terrace on the east side, with beautiful modern furniture. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Comfortable bathroom - divided in 2 parts, Jack & Jill - with walk-in shower, 2 toilets and 2 wash basins. Apartment located in a quiet area of Cabanas de Tavira, yet close by to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops and less than 2 km from the golf course.

Cabanas de Tavira is located in the East-Algarve in nature park Ria Formosa, where you can enjoy nice walks and bicycle rides. Visit the islands off coast with beautiful sandy beaches! You can enjoy the sunshine all year around.

In the apartment bedding, linens and towels are provided.

The complex has an elevator. Parking is available in front of the building, but as well in the garage under the building.

Baby cot and high chair (for free) on request.

Special prices in the winter for long term rental (> 1 month).

“Cabanas”

The apartment was lovely. Very spacious. Unfortunately we couldn't take full advantage of the balcony as the building work opposite was horrendous. Pneumatic drill going from 8.15-6pm. They were cutting through reinforced concrete around the building. Had it just been general work we wouldn't have noticed. Hopefully that part should be finished in a couple of weeks. Unable to use the pool as it wasnt in use. Fortunately we had friends staying in golden club complex so we spent a lot of the time there. Cabanas is great. Very friendly and very cheap. Some lovely restaurants. We will definitely be returning to cabanas. The jack and Jill bathroom was a bit awkward and would be a problem to anyone that has difficulty getting into a bath.

“A very enjoyable holiday.”

We found the apartment to be very comfortable with ideal kitchen equipment to make cooking easy. Some apartments give the bare minimums but we were very happy with this apartment. Good quality furnishings inside and out on the patios. The building site opposite wasn't too bad. We expected more noise than we experienced and it was very interesting to watch. The worst is now over. Being late in the season visitors we didn't expect such lovely weather so that was a bonus. We found our way about Cabanas without ant trouble. We had days out by bus and by train to Tavira , Olhao, we even went to Spain for lunch one day. The train was so cheap. Over 65s travel half price if you show photo ID. We took the water taxi to the beach every other day. Stunning beach. Cafes, restaurants all very good value. An easy location to return to another time there's still so much to see. First class apartment helps too.

“Great apartment”

Just returned from our 11 day trip to Cabanas where we had a great time. Annelies & Anton very helpful and went through everything on our arrival. The furnishing was to a high standard. The apartment is in a great location- a 10 minute walk from the broad walk where the majority of restaurants are. Although there is building work going on in front of the apartment this had no impact on our holiday as we were out of the apartment during the day. Many thanks Annelies and Anton.
