Description
Cozy, decorated with care and equipped so that you feel 'at home', this home includes 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 beds. The living room with TV, Internet Box and Wii console, the opportunity to make good flambéed in the chimney. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, 2 ceramic plates, and a dishwasher. The ensemble gives onto a large terrace suite, very nice summer because it is sunny throughout the day. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, BBQ and plancha, patio heater, beach umbrellas, deckchairs and beach beds. On the 1st floor, bearing serving bedroom 1 (with 2 single beds 80 * 200), the water room with WC and equipped with a washer/dryer and a towel. On the 2nd floor, bearing serving bedroom 2 (1 bed 140 * 190) and 3 bedroom (1 bed 160 * 200) which is equipped with a second television. The House offers free tenants a baby kit comprising: a cot, a baby mattress, a baby bath, a barrier of door, plastic dishes, a booster seat-chair table for lunch, and a cane stroller. In the cabanon, beach, scooters, ball games, kite and body board boards will make the joy of small and large. The beach is 200 metres away, and mini-golf. The small fishing port of Dives sur Mer is 200 metres at the end of the street. You can park your car for free before the House. The terrain is completely closed. Ideal family with young children. Rates depending on period.
