Description

This spacious villa has been renovated by an architect to high standards and is on the market since mai 2015.

The total living space is 200 m2!!

On the very moment the electric gate opens you will feel home.

Luxureous Villa in Cabris (near Grasse) with big swimming pool and nice garden.

The kitchen has everything for a professional or hobby chef with a Stoves Richmond induction quooker and 3 ovens.

Every sleeping room has it's own tv set and DVD player

There is a pool bar with barbeque and fridge.

the pool has an electric cover and a Jet Stream and can be heated.

The villa is 50 m from the baker and 200m from a small supermarket.

on 300 m is the centre of Cabris with 5 restaurants.

6 minutes from Grasse.

25 minutes from Cannes

35 minutes from Nice airport and 20 minutes from Mandelieu private airport.

2 minutes from 18 holes Golf Course

The annex with a self supporting studio for 2 persons is € 450,-- per week.

Only guests from the villa can hire this annex.

The garden is been renewed in 2023 and with a completely automatically watersystem.

“Fantastic location”

Fantastic location to be able to walk to the excellent restaurants in Cabris. The house itself was immaculately clean and comfortable. The ac was appreciated in the very hot weather and the pool was lovely. We very much enjoyed sitting on the terrace which is very spacious.
