The apartment is inside Villa Arancio on first floor; it is composed by sitting room with 2 sofas, large kitchen with balcony, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), bathroom with shower.
Services: AIR CONDITIONING, large satellite flatscreen TV, safe, washing machine, hair dryer, dish machine, microwave oven, kitchen appliances, several services for children on demand (children cot, highchair or table seats, safety barriers for children beds, pushchairs), insects screens.

Response from the owner Le affermazioni riportate in questa review sono in gran parte false e tendenziose e posso dimostrarlo. E' fastidioso dover perdere tempo a rispondere a tali insinuazioni, la ritorsione che mi è stata promessa per non aver concesso extra sconti eccola qui che mi è arrivata. Oltre ai danni inferti e alle condizioni imbarazzanti con cui è stato lasciato l'appartamento (dispongo di foto e testimoni) devo perdere tempo a scrivere queste righe. Non mi sono piegato e non mi piegherò mai a tali tipi di intimidazioni e ricatti "recensivi". La passione e l'impegno che metto nel garantire un ottimo soggiorno ai miei ospiti è ripagato dai tanti messaggi di apprezzamento, questo, puramente tendenzioso e in malafede fortunatamente provoca pochi danni.
