Villa Calagute Phase 2 is ideal for a group getaway that’s close to the entertainment strip and lined with eateries, this 6 bedroom house is ideal. The architectural balance and beautifully designed interiors and gardens offer the sophisticated traveler a genuine close up experience of Goan hospitality. A 2 minute walk to Calangute Beach, self-catered kitchen, and friendly staff are other potential box tickers while the property’s vast garden is great for the kids to run around.
Key features of Phase 2
☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another 4BHK villa (PHASE1). Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.
☆ Villa has 4 king-size beds & 5 single beds (one room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).
☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.

Yes sir sometimes the internet is intermittant, we have tried several providers but this seems to be the problem across the board for internet providers in Goa. Unfortunalty we just don't get the speeds that you get in the metro cities, I guess it also adds to Goa's laid back vibe. Hope to see you again soon with revived linens and better connectivity. Response from the manager Thank you Sir for highlighting some of our key features of Villa Calangute Phase 2. We are glad to hear that you liked the location and place. We appreciate your feedback about the depth of the bathtubs on the left hand side of thie villa, these are special Kohler bathtubs that were installed during our recent renovation. I understand that they not be great for senior citizns that is why we have used a range of different bath tubs in the villa to accomodate to people's preference for different depth requirements. With regards to drinking water a 20 litre Bisleri water bottle is kept on arrival for free consumption, further water bottles can be purchased should you need it at INR 100 per 20 litre bottle, which we think is very reasonable as you dont need to worry about lugging around a huge bottle of water. Apologies if you were unaware of this benefit, we have tried to make it clearer in all our future correspondance. Sir there are smaller utentils avaialble in the villa but I agree that the majority of utensils are on the larger size as this villa tends to accomodate for larger groups from 12 to 19 people. We have taken your ideas on board and will definatly get some more smaller utensils. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you all again soon and you will see the changes put in place. I agree mosquitoes are a pain but it is very difficult to eliminate them completely in this tropical climate. We do however put mosquito nets on the windows and like you said we provide plugin repellents in every room, the only thing I can suggest is closing the windows during the evenings to avoid them entering the house.
