Description
At 50 metres from the sandy beach, with wonderful view Sottotorre on channel of s.Antioco and Carloforte island.
The entrance to the property, fenced, is performed through a small gate that from on the road (very quiet because it ends with the access to the House). Access is shared with the owner, who lives in the apartment downstairs. On the ground floor you will find an outdoor shower and the washing machine.
Through an easy staircase leads upstairs, where grows the whole apartment of about 60 sqm and consists of living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom.
The living room, equipped with air conditioning, includes a sofa bed, TV, a table, a table and 6 chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, freezer, gas cooker with 4 burners, oven, cooking utensils, pots, cups and glasses.
The living room, through a door with three doors, on a covered terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs, offering the possibility of unforgettable dinners with the view of s. Pietro and Carloforte.
The double room, equipped with air conditioning, a double bed, 2 bedside tables, mirror, wardrobe and has a balcony.
The bedroom has a bunk bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe, a balcony.
The bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a bidet and a walk-in shower. The bathroom has a window.
There is an ironing board and iron.
The apartment is located in an elegant residential neighbourhood at 300 metres from the historic centre of Calasetta, a typical Ligurian village in Sardinia, where cultural traditions and food of Liguria, Piedmont and Sardinia come together: countless workshops offer direct contact with the locals, and the quality of true kilometro zero at affordable prices. Extremely varied the choice regarding the pizzerias and restaurants (the nearest is at 50 metres), it ranges from pizzeria takeout at the restaurant offering local cuisine, the menu only itttioturismo all fish. Cultural opportunities out there, both in Calasetta, offering each summer many artistic and literary stress, both s. Antioco, with its archaeological museum, recently enriched by the return from U.S.A. Phoenician Warrior besides the Sottotorre Beach, at 50 metres as the Crow and a 250 m walk (because you have to go around the giardno the nearby) two other extensive sandy beaches are within walking distance : The salt-marshes (in 800 m) and big Beach (to 2.5 Miles). Just a few minutes ' drive are the sandy beaches of the island (about ten).
There are also rocky coasts are a paradise for scuba and snorkeling.
In the Marina (a 600 metres from apartment) you can rent inflatables or book excursions with fishermen's boats to visit the coves of the island, to the bathroom. fish and enjoy the catch aboard the boat.
In the Centre of the town you can rent bicycles, scooters, cars.
At 1.5 km away there is a riding school which allows you to do horseback riding accompanied.
Minimum stay of 1 week with start and end on the weekend.
It is at guests ' disposal an additional outdoor shower while the washer is in sharing, in an area outside, with the owners ' accommodation. Sorry, inside the apartment are non smoking! Inside the gate, on the ground floor, you can accommodate bicycles and strollers.
