“Relaxing Vacation Home” We had a great time at this home on our recent vacation. The house is clean and well-maintained. The pool and backyard are beautiful. The backyard had lots of seating arrangements and there was always someplace that was in the shade or sun to choose from. The owner was very quick responding to queries and I found the property manager to be very prompt and helpful. He really took the time to explain aspects of the house and pool when we arrived. He was also available when we called with questions. This property is very convenient to downtown and we discovered many new restaurants on this trip. We would love to stay again next time we come to Palm Springs.

“incredible Loft” May stay at the Loft was incredible and so relaxing,great Dining and Shopping just walking distance away, The Owner thought of everything that made my stay very pleasant, responded very quickly to needs or question you may have. I wont hestitate to stay again.

“Nice condo, great location, love the platinum membership” Clean and comfortable condo with a nice south facing patio, sun for most of the day, looking right at the tenth tee of the challenge course. Free WiFi and telephone is a nice extra. The condo is a very short walk to the clubhouse for golf and tennis, very accessable with the platinum membership. The tennis and golf staff were very helpful and friendly and the tennis facilities and both golf courses are first rate.

“Great place to stay” Had a great stay here. We love Aptos. Quiet central location but so much happening on the beach. I swam with dolphins! Rental is 100 percent furnished with 100percent of everything you need. All is clean and perfectly furnished and comfortable for your beach getaway. Teenagers can walk everywhere and stay busy including great ice cream. Aquarium passes are an $80 value and a thoughtful and generous touch. The owners are lovely people.

“Quiet and Relaxing” I recently spent a long weekend here for a few games of golf and warm weather. The home has been recently updated including a large flat screen TV for evening entertainment. Pool and spa were clean and private. Highly recommend this home for a week or month + stay. Close to all great golf courses in the area.

“Great Choice!” We truly enjoyed our extended stay of 2 months thru Thanksgiving weekend. Barb (owner) is a wonderfull responsible owner who went out of her way with her welcoming touches. She had wine/snacks/fresh flowers waiting for us. She had breakfast items in fridge (orange juice, milk, cheese etc) which was so thoughtful for late check in! Everything was exceptionally clean, well stocked and well organized. The unit is first floor unit which was a plus and very convenient. Appliances and kitchen items are very modern and kitchen/dining area was perfect with a patio area facing front ocean view. The complex was clean, secure and has a pool area with a large BBQ area that was perfect. The unit has secure two car parking underground, which felt very safe. The aegea complex has a sundeck area with an ocean view that was perfect to enjoy the sunset. We took advantage of our perfect location by taking walks to the beach/pier and just people watching. From the condo you can walk to close by stores and restaurants which makes it very convenient. Check out the photos and information for this condo, the pictures actually do not reflect just how nice, clean and comfortable this unit is! We can truly say this condo is a good choice with a family or as a 55+ couple. We would definitely recommend condo to friends and family members!

“Wonderful family home” My family and I came from UK, having to do post production work, for several months in la, and walked into a house with, not only everything we needed right there, but stunning decor, a feeling of warmth, light and familiarity, that made us feel as if we belonged. It was home! The front outside garden, is breathtaking, but secure as front patio is enclosed. We have 2 young children, who played happily and constantly in it, as well as a lovely backyard and deck. We had film clients over for Bbq's, and generally made this wonderful place our own very quickly, for those months. The home is located near absolutely everything, including walking to Whole Foods, or to my favorite restaurant, on Wilshire. Many, many visits the Beach, the marvelous children's playgrounds and parks nearby, made this an incredible place to work (wifi, internet), and relax and indulge in the good Santa Monica life, in this spectacular home we found. So reluctant to leave, but we know where we belong, when we need to return. We miss it!

“Comfortable, quiet and convenient.” This home worked well for our family of four plus one (two young adult sons and one partner). The bedrooms are all quite comfortable and private, and the common areas are cozy and comfortable as well. The outdoor area is lovely, though it was too cold for us to enjoy it. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The house was very clean and everything is in good working order. The location is good for hiking in Indian Canyons, and close to the main commercial area and lots of good restaurants. Having access to a pass for Joshua Tree was great, as we went up there twice during the week. If you are going up there, check out the Integratron (see website) but book in advance. Our only disappointment was that it was not a great walking neighborhood-it is somewhat far from the best shopping and restaurants (for walking) and there are no areas of natural beauty close by (other than the dry river bed). Tom, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with in all respects.
