This is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat for up to 4 persons.
The flat is located in a quiet street in the Trossachs town of Callander and is convenient for all amenities, being just a 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street with its variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.
Outside at the rear is a small garden with a shed for storage of bicycles, fishing, hiking equipment etc.
At the front is a cul de sac with parking.
Riverside Selfcatering is a ideal location to explore Central Scotland, Trossachs and Loch Lomond National Park.
With Stirling 16 miles, Glasgow 42 miles, Edinburgh 51 miles and Oban 72 miles

Again, another great stay, wee flat is a complete home from home, with everything you could need for a short break or longer stay. Holiday lettings make it so simple to book and contact the owner, any questions or queries answered quickly.

“Excellent location in Callander”

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, just 2 minutes walk to the main street in the town where there are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights with our dog and there are excellent off road walks along the river and cycle tracks with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and hills. The only issue was the washing machine which is old and only works on one program. Ruth was very easy to contact and respond to queries and we thoroughly enjoyed our few days holiday in Callander.

“Great wee find”

Stayed here Monday to Friday, great wee holiday home, all you could need to make it feel home from home. Very quiet street, parking available, easy walking distance from main street and restaurants. Would recommend and woukd stay again.

“Fantastic flat in a fabulous location.”

We stayed here last week with our 2 children and had such a wonderful time. The flat was spotless and well looked after, in a fabulous location close to the river, the main street and easy to access all we wanted to do. Ruth's communication was fantastic all the way from before booking right up until we stayed and I cant thank her enough. We will definitely be booking again for our next visit.

“Lovely week in Callander”

This is a very nice ground-floor flat down a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes walk from the main street. We enjoyed our stay very much, it’s an excellent base from which to explore the Trossachs and wider afield. We have visited this area many times but have never stayed in Callander before. I would thoroughly recommend it. The second hand book shop is amazing and a potential drain on the wallet. The accommodation was perfect for us and 2 grandchildren. We plan to go back next year.
