Casa indipendente sopra Camogli con splendida vista mare e del promontorio di Portofino. Ideale per famiglie e per chi, pur volendo godersi una vacanza al mare in Liguria , vuol passare momenti in un contesto immerso nella quiete e nel verde , nel relax piu' totale. L'appartamento è situato a Ruta, una piccola frazione di Camogli, che si affaccia sul Golfo Paradiso, punto nevralgico per raggiungere San Rocco di Camogli, San Fruttuoso di Camogli, Portofino Kulm, Santa Margherita, Rapallo, Portofino e Recco.
Il posto è perfetto per chi è interessato a una vacanza sulla costa ligure, in una casa con porzione di giardino dalla vista stupenda, situata a soli 5 minuti di auto dal mare.
L'appartamento sito al piano di mezzo della casa indipendente è composto da 2 camere la letto (una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli di cui uno estraibile con sbarra di sicurezza e dotata di giochi per bambini), salotto (con divano letto) bagno e cucina.
Sono disponibili anche un seggiolone per bambini, un letto da campeggio.
La casa o è dotata di un giardino indipendente vista mare con accesso diretto dove si possono trovare un tavolo per mangiare all aperto, un barbecue e giochi per bambini.

Dalla Casa si può scendere nel centro di Camogli a piedi attraversando le caratteristiche "creuze" arrivando così al centro, alla spiaggia e al porticciolo; in alternativa si può raggiungere il centro anche con i mezzi pubblici (nelle immediate vicinanze c'è la fermata dell'autobus), o con l'auto in soli cinque minuti.
La posizione è anche ottima per le escursioni di trekking al Parco Naturale del Monte di Portofino (San fruttuoso, Punta Chiappa, Portofino Vetta, etc...)

This is an independent country house closed to Camogli city, with a beautiful overview of the sea and of Portofino. This is the perfect place for whom who is planning a holiday by the sea in Liguria, spending time in a quite place in contact with the mediterranean nature. The house is very suitable for families with children.
The country house is located in Ruta di Camogli, a small village closed to Camogli, facing the Paradise Gulf, and it is the perfect point to plan an excursion to San Rocco di Camogli, San Fruttuoso di Camgli, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino,Portofino Kulm, and other caratteristic seaside villages of the Liguria coast. Thus, this is the perfect place for those who are planning a holiday in the coast of liguria, in a country house closed to the sea ( 5 minutes by car) and with a private garden.
The apartment is located in the middle floor of the country house and it's organized with two sleeping room (one with a double and the other with two single beds), a living room( with a sofa bed), bathroom kitchen and an independent garden with direct acces with table and barbecue.
The apartemente has a is equipped with a high chiar, bad with safety bar and games for children.
From the house you can easily reach the center and the beach of Camogli by walking down the characteristic “creuze” for about 30/40 minutes. Alternatively, the city of Camogli may be reached with the public transport or by car in 5 minuts.
This location is also optimal for planning trekking into the beautiful natural park of Portofino with more than 20 different excursion with a huge variety of experiences
