Description
This 3 bedroom apartment is a refurbished original Victorian home built in 1905. It is ideally located in Camps Bay with only a short walk to the famous strip and beach.
The wooden floors, luxurious leather couches and old-fashioned doors add to the charm of the villa.
The best views from the house can be seen from the wing chairs in front of the large plate glass sash window looking onto Bakoven Beach.
Enjoy the old world charm of this lovingly refurbished original Victorian home built in 1905. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family. It has spectacular views of the Twelve Apostle Mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean.
Plate glass sash windows look down on the intimate Beta Beach - a sheltered haven for Cape Town's most selective sun seekers. The two comfortable wing chairs are the ideal spot for watching the endless change of the ocean, and the large leather sofa invites you to curl up in front of the satellite TV or to enjoy a good book. Old-fashioned double doors open onto a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. A few steps lead to the paved sun terrace and a large solar heated swimming pool and barbeque. The six sun loungers are the perfect spot to watch the sun set into the Atlantic with a chilled glass of wine in your hand.
The three bedrooms of this self catering accommodation in Cape Town are all accessed from the living area and have views of mountain and sea, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Two rooms have queen-sized beds, and one is a twin that can be made up as a king-size bed. One bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, the other two have showers only.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything required for simple catering.

What is Powered:All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi including the fridge, and the plugs in the lounge. Hours are usage dependent.
What Isn’t Powered:All the plugs in the kitchen do not work during loadshedding. The airconditioners and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup.

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

It's a perfectly located property and your description of the area is wonderful :) Something that still baffles even the locals on occasion is that the beautiful Bay of Camps Bay is still classified as a 'dry zone'. You can't purchase alcohol from the stores, but all the restaurants serve it. Fortunately the next bays are not 'dry' and it really is only a short drive to to the shops. We also have a great delivery service to our guests wanting to have specific bottles delivered; next time give us a call and we will assist where we can. As to your departure time - this is admittedly a fault of ours and should have been confirmed with you on check in to avoid the disappointment.
