The Sundance Guest House in Camps Bay is a beautifully designed and fitted modern self catering holiday apartment with panoramic views stretching from the Table Mountain range across the Atlantic Ocean to Lions Head.
It is situated in the idyllic residential suburb of Camps Bay and is in walking distance of the beach, local shops and restaurants and public transport systems.
The apartment is tastefully furnished to be self-catering. It offers the comforts of complimentary WiFi, an electronic safe and an extra length bed.
Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac road, this private and secure spot is perfect for singles or couples travelling both for short or long stays. After a day of business or pleasure, watch the sunset directly in front of you through the floor-to-ceiling windows - from the comfort of your bed or the walk-in shower!

Response from the owner I am thrilled you were seduced by our exquisite pictures. As you say, the photographs are real and indicative of the property- including where the sunset can be enjoyed. (Ironically, having a view from the walk-in shower is a feature most of my guests love) Unfortunately the structure of any property cannot suit all personal preferences. Thank you for your idea regarding an upstairs balcony. This is a feature that would not be well accepted in this neighbourhood. The garden was planned to give afternoon shade on a hot summers day. This I thought would be beneficial to my guests. Re your remark about gardening and tree pruning- l doubt you are aware of the severe water crisis we are experiencing in Cape Town. We have been unable to use garden hoses to water our gardens since 1 November. Any plants which are still growing enthusiastically, despite the drought, are much appreciated. As advertised, Sundance is a double volume studio and the photographs show the staircase. Guests should definitely note that before booking, if they have trouble coping with stairs. As a 2 sleeper, I felt the one bathroom should be sufficient, situated conveniently ensuite to the bedroom. As the unit is self- catering, most guests expect privacy and little interaction with myself. I was unaware that you required my attention, otherwise I would gladly have assisted you. It seems my property was not suited to your particular needs, which is unfortunate, as I like all my guests to feel happy and at home. Nonetheless, thank you for your feedback.
