Description

This Luxury holiday Apartment is located in Candolim at “Sol Banyan Candolim. It has a lush green neighborhood in the heart of bustling Candolim, a five minute walk away from the beach. A small quiet side lane leads to the property which is marked by a thoroughly renovated Goan Christian Chapel.The ensemble is set around a beautiful Banyan tree that has inhabited the centre of the plot for over a hundred years. Three buildings are wrapped in a C-shape around its garden. Two of the structures are connected by a large arch and a tower. They represent the access to the ensemble while being in an architectural dialogue with the heritage structure of the chapel.

This Spacious 2 bedroom Apartment rests on the 3rd floor of a gated complex, it is the ideal place to relax. It has 24x7 security and lift facility It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed and extra mattresses are provided to accommodate maximum 4 guests.

Living area is spacious airy and air-conditioned and is complimented with a coffee table , Centre table with chairs and a sofa set that is comfortable and easily seats 3-4 persons. It a has a LCD TV with satellite connection to relax and enjoy some entertainment.

The dining area has a setup of 3 chairs and a granite top as a table.

Kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities which include, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, an induction plate, an aqua filter and all basic cutlery.

The Master bedroom is en-suite and has a king sized double bed with 2 side tables which can accommodate 2 guests , it also has a work table with a lamp , a cupboard and a chair to relax in.

The Guest Bedroom is air-conditioned with a king sized bed, 2 side table.. It has common bathroom with modern facilities and 24 x7 hot and cold water facilities.

There is common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code The swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.

Check-in: 1 PM

Check-Out: 10 AM

Early check in and Late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable.( Early check-in/Late Check-out charges are mandatory).

Check-in:

Early check-in: from 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM will be charged 500/-

Check-in before 4:00 AM would be charged full day rent of previous day.

Late Check-in: 8:00 PM onwards will be charged 500/-

Check-out:

Early check-out: before 8:00 AM will be charged 500/-

Late check-out: till 3:00PM will be charged 2000/-. After 3:00 PM full day rent will be charged.

Property Rules:

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.

2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.

A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.

3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
