Apartment with 92 m2, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds comfortable, modern and very well equipped. Very quiet environment, although central. It is close to everything; historic area, Port wine cellars, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, metro station, train station, El Corte Ingles, everything less than a 10 minutes walk.

By metro or train, you have quick access to the historic center of Porto, Ribeira, airport, or the excellent beaches of Vila Nova de Gaia.

Modern, well decorated and very functional. The well-equipped kitchenette has a small island with built-in electric cooktop. The house has central vacum, underfloor heating and electric blinds. The living room has a curved screen TV with over 200 channels and broadband internet. Individual closed garage. All amenities to feel at home and have a great stay.

This accommodation, because it is located in the city of Porto, is subject to the payment of Tourist Tax charged at the end of the stay in the following molds:

- € 2 per night and per person (over the age of 13) with a limit of 7 nights.
