L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di una casa antica recentemente ristrutturata, con antistante un ampio giardino attrezzato per pranzare o prendere il sole. E' situato nel centro storico pedonale di Cannero Riviera, in una zona tranquillissima, a poche decine di metri dal lungolago, il porto vecchio e l'attracco battelli e da bar e ristoranti . È composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale , un bagno con doccia, un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e una zona pranzo con cucina.
Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per la posizione.
Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie e amici pelosi (animali domestici).
L'alloggio è fornito di Tv satellitare. La cucina è dotata di forno a microonde, frigorifero, piano cottura a gas , bollitore, piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole, vari attrezzi per cucinare. Il bagno è fornito di asciugamani e phon. Le camere sono dotate di lenzuola e coperte.
Riscaldamento termoautonomo.
Giardino con tavolo sedie e sdraio.
Possibilità di prenotare un box chiuso per auto a 10 euro al giorno.
A pochi passi da bar, ristoranti, parcheggio pubblico, ufficio postale, farmacia, negozio di alimentari, edicola e gelaterie. A 30 metri dall'imbarcadero dei battelli coi quali si possono raggiungere le stupende Isole Borromee , il borgo di Cannobio , la città di Locarno in Svizzera, e di fronte , sulla sponda lombarda , la cittadina di Luino famosa per il mercato del mercoledì. La spiaggia, la più ampia del Lago Maggiore e Bandiera Blu per il 15esimo anno consecutivo, si trova a circa 200 metri, raggiungibile percorrendo a piedi il bel lungolago.

Sono vietate feste e rumori molesti. Chiediamo gentilmente che si rispetti il vicinato soprattutto durante le ore serali. L'appartamento dovrà essere restituito pulito ed in ordine, soprattutto il piano cottura, altrimenti verrà richiesto un pagamento aggiuntivo di 100 euro da pagare in loco ( richiesto come cauzione in fase di check in e che verrà restituito al check out, dopo un controllo da parte del proprietario). Il cambio biancheria è a pagamento.

“Fijn appartement zeer compleet”
Mooie locatie met veel mogelijkheden voor wandelen, water, en het bezoeken van bezienswaardigheden. Bijna iedere dag wel een locale markt met heerlijk fruit
