This beautiful 2 rooms very well equipped offers all the comfort. Located on the 7th floor with elevator and equipped with 1 large balcony, it enjoys panoramic views of the sea, the Lérins Islands and the beaches. It is located 50 m from the beaches of the South and near the old port, the Suquet and the center of Cannes. It can accommodate 4 people. 1 parking space is reserved for him. “Wonderful view of a great location”
Couldn't be closer to the beaches and Le Sukuet was an easy stroll away to dine in some lovely restaurants. The Croisette was just minutes away and provided all the people watching that anyone could want.. The apartment was in good order and the air conditioning did a good job, the balcony was quite large for a 1 bed apartment and generally the living space was well set out.
