Conveniently located in Cannes, just 10 minutes from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, Congressmen and leisure travelers will enjoy the atmosphere of an apartment overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and two swimming pools (open from June to October) which a lagoon pool with great slide for children in a beautiful exotic garden. Easy access from Nice airport or the train station of Cannes. The flat 2/3 rooms has a 35m² surface it consists of an entrance, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds and wardrobe, 1 bedroom double bed and closet, a living room with flat screen TV, 2 canapés- 1 pers, opening onto a large terrace of 6m equipped with garden furniture with a magnificent sea view. A kitchenette equipped with 4 hotplates, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, bathroom, separate toilet. The apartment sleeps 6 people (for you) beachfront and superior quality. Completely renovated in 2013, quality furniture and decoration for your comfort and pleasure, in a Pierre & Vacances 3 stars residence. Shops and transportation steps from the residence is secured with guard, entry by code, private underground parking (optional) and has a restaurant bar Entertainment during the month of July and August at the base pool, sunbeds available free of charge upon availability.
