Very bright 3 bedroom apartment of 56m2 ideally located in the Rue des Belges which is opposite the Palais des Festivals and Congresses. Preserved in a Provencal style with high ceilings, it has a large air-conditioned living room with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 en-suite shower room and 1 independant bathroom. From the balcony, you have a side view of the Croisette or the Rue d'Antibes, the apartment is very bright The 2 bedrooms can be air-conditioned by opening the communicating door, the air conditioning block located in the small room. Electric shutters in the bedroom and living room to avoid the glare of the sun.
