Apartment Cinema has been lovingly renovated by the new owners to offer the tourist or business client a relaxing away from it all stay, but with all the comforts of home.

The apartment is located in a very well kept secure building on the first floor with a wide feature staircase, which makes it easily accessible with your luggage.

The building comprises of 6 apartments in total and our's is the first you will come to on the first floor.

The apartment is very quiet with no noise and sleeping is a real DREAM.

Within a one minute walk from the apartment you will find the old port, the famous Forville market, a supermarket and a variety of typical French shops.

Right on the doorstep you will find the most impressive range of superb restaurants on the Suquet all offering great quality and service.

The private and public beaches are very close by for those lazy days on the French riviera watching the world go by.

From the nearby railway station you can easily visit other destinations on the French Riviera like St Raphael, Antibes, Nice and Monaco to name but a few.

Our prices include the following:- Key handover on your arrival at the property with our apartment manager,who will answer any queries you may have.MEET AND GREET, CLEANING, LINEN AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. A bond of 200 euros is required to cover any damage or breakages which may occur and will normally be returned in full within 10 days of your departure or in cash on your departure day..

BEDROOM The bedroom has 2 very comfortable single beds that can easily be made into a spacious 1.8m x 1.9m double bed. The built in wardrobes have sliding mirror doors affording plenty of space.There is a wall mounted fan that can be oprated by remote control.

LOUNGE The lounge is light and airy with 2 large double glazed windows and an Air Conditioning unit.

Furnished to a high standard with double leather sofa and single chair, coffee table, double TV unit with LCD Smart TV 40 inch TV and WiFi.

For the colder months heating is provided from a modern wall heater.KITCHEN/DINING Fully equipped with all you would require to cook a three course dinner, with brand new modern appliances and a breakfast bar all in contempary black and white.

BATHROOM The bathroom includes a large shower unit, vanity wash hand basin and wc.

“Gorgeous and excellently located!”

The location is very central, Rue Saint-Antoine is a lively haven of beautiful restaurants right in the middle of the Old Town. Forville Market, a market full of fresh fruit and veg each morning, is just around the corner as are some bakeries, cafés and supermarkets. This lovely studio apartment is well-equipped and spacious. It has everything you could ask for.. Washing machine comes in very handy if staying for more than a few days, and the wi-if is of excellent quality. Apartment Cinema is close to the port and the beaches which allows for great days out. The bus station and rail station are also with walking distance, making it very accessible. Would definitely return!

Great location. Without Aircon it´s quite hot inside even with two fans. Noisy in the early mornings if windows are open due heat. With future Aircon (?) this is close to perfect for two.

Response from the owner It has been an extremely hot August in Cannes this year. We stayed in the Apartment in July and the fans were more than sufficient. However, we are putting in an air conditioning unit to resolve any problems with warm nights during a very hot summer.

“Feel the French connection in this stunning apartment”

This apartment was magnificently decorated in the red, black & white theme reminiscent of the Hollywood era. Spotlessly clean with everything you need to make your stay memorable. We arrived late in the evening & Kathryn met us to give us the key and show us how everything worked. She has a three week old baby, so we really appreciated her welcoming personality. You will not find a better apartment in the old city of Cannes, where you are instantly enveloped into the holiday lifestyle. We were really sorry to leave this apartment, it will forever be the highlight of our trip. Thank you Joan, Mike & Kathryn. Gerard & Mary

“Long weekend in Cannes”

Great little apartment in Cannes,located directly behind the town hall and bus station and in the middle of the Suquet area for dining out so ideal for those travelling from the airport and who like to wander and browse the large selection of restaurants. Very quiet even though its on a busy pedestrian street. Cosy but ideal for a couple or a few friends.Owners tips were very helpful and made our stay very relaxed and easy. Also was very good value for the great location. Would stay here again!
