APARTMENT 60m2 completely renovated located just 300m from the Palais des Festivals and the beaches. 3 rooms in the heart of Cannes 50m from the Forville Market and near the sunny beaches. Located on the ground floor of a building, the apartment was completely renovated with a decorative design and enjoys truly luxurious interior services. This luxurious apartment has a small balcony overlooking the Suquet and a nice little garden are available for all residents of the building. Interior description: Entrance hall, living & dining room, kitchen very modern and fully equipped, 2 double rooms on the south side and 1 small bedroom with 1 single bed. 1 independent bathroom in the hallway and another shower room in a double room. 1 separate toilet, 1 small south-facing balcony overlooking the garden and the Suquet. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Wifi Broadband - TV with Freeview channels in all rooms. No pets, non-smoking apartment. Paid parking available 50m from the residence Pretty own private garden to the lovely summer residence The famous Forville Market is 50m where you can go shopping every morning fresh. All restaurants and shops are within 2 minutes walk sheets and linens are provided (2 towels per person, tea towel for the kitchen). We also provide 6 Nespresso coffee capsules and welcome in shampoo bottles. Final cleaning included after departure. We ask you to contact us 24 or 48 hours before arrival to make an appointment you will be directly at the apartment. We will give you the keys in person on the day of arrival. We remain available if needed during your stay to answer your requests and ensure the success of your stay in Cannes. On departure day, the apartment must be left before 10:00 am, we will be present to the state of fixtures and retrieve the keys. A supermarket is located 150m away (2 minutes walk). All leisure and shops of Cannes are within walking distance, the train station is nearby, there are also public buses and taxis nearby. 2 public and pay parking are 100m from the apartment. All amenities can be done on foot. You can go to the apartment is: - By train: The station is located 1km or 10 minutes walk - By bus: Bus station or direct shuttle to and from the airport located 300m. Bus 210 every 30 minutes (Off to the Mayor of Cannes, 2min walk) - By Taxi: 40 minutes from the International Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (30km from apartment) - From Highway: 10mn exit Cannes entry into the premises is generally after 14:00 depending on whether the apartment was occupied the same day. In any case, we will do our best to facilitate your arrival. For late arrival after 20:00, thank you to inform us 48 hours in advance. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. I thank my guests not to smoke in the house, by cons it is still possible on the balcony or in the garden of the building. All noise is prohibited after 22:00. Respect of the apartment and the neighborhood. The day of your departure, thank you to leave the apartment in reasonable condition so that we can proceed with the rehabilitation after departure.
