This is a luxury three bedroom newly constructed apartment - located at 90 rue d'Antibes. Only 3 minutes from Palais & Convention Centre. Ideally located for all the major conferences & conventions in Cannes, including - Midem (January) Mipim (March) Miptv (April) Festival du Film (May) Fipa (June) Mipcom (October) Tax Free (October) and of course it goes without saying, it is great for a beach holiday too!
This 110m2 fully air-conditioned, 3-bedroom apartment, right on Rue D'Antibes, 100m from La Croisette & very near the Cannes Convention Centre. Nearest city is Nice and nearest airport is Nice (15 miles), alternatively Marseille Airport (60 miles),Toulon Airport (50 miles), Genoa (100 miles).
The property can easily sleep 6 to 8; reception rooms 1; bedrooms 3; bathrooms 3; WC or toilets 3. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The apartment has its own private underground parking on site, and a reserved car parking space can be offered to rent to the guests, at a cost of euro 15 per day.
