Unique property. as it comprises of 2 homes adjacent to each other. each house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful garden. huge terrace looking at the Med sea. More unique is that the property has a private full size swimming pool. ( the only one inside the walls of the village. so enjoy your wine on the terrace, have a swim and walk out to the square for fine dining and shopping in this medieval village full of culture and gastronomic delights. WIFI, Washer and dryer, balconies, terraces with all with sea view. Great for entertaining. PRICE IS FOR EACH HOUSE BASED ON RENTING BOTH HOUSES. Made famous all over the world by Picasso, who chose to spend the end of his life here, Mougins is actually ideally located to entice clients looking for a luxury villa. It brings together the charm of Provence and the glamour of the French Riviera.

Both near to Cannes and its TGV station, Nice airport or Mandelieu airport for private jets, Mougins offers a haven of greenery, a medieval village nestling between pine, olive and cypress trees, 10 or 15 minutes away from the beaches of the Croisette… From its 260 metres altitude, it offers a full panorama of the bay of Cannes, the Lérins Isles and the Alpine Foothills.
