Within a secure development with plenty of space for a stroll or light exercise without the need to be in a fully public space. Shopping and amenities are within a 3 min walk.

We’re taking extra care to disinfect the loft according to cleaning guidelines from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The loft has a furnished private outdoor patio space for sun downers or morning coffee. The complex benefits from a sparkling swimming pool with poolside bar and restaurant service. Our complex offers the highest level of 24 hour security.

The best restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs in Cape Town are within a safe and easy stroll. As we are so perfectly located there is always a full supply of UBER taxis in the area 24/7 and there is a taxi rank outside the door.

The V&A Waterfront is a 10 minute stroll and the International Conference Centre is a 15 minute walk.

A full range of upmarket grocery and liquor stores, along with beauty spas, clothing, pharmacies and health food stores are all within a 5 minute stroll.

We have an ozone friendly air-conditioning system in the loft and Netflix for your entertainment.

WiFi: There is map for you in the loft, which lists the WiFi network and log in details, as well as other recommendations. The free, fast internet is available throughout the loft via our own WiFi signal and can be used for several devices.

Getting Around There is a taxi stand in front of complex as well as the fantastic MiCiti bus stop. As we are so perfectly located there is always a full supply of UBER taxis in the area 24/7. The distance between the Cape Town International airport and the loft is a mere 15 to 20 minute drive.

Response from the owner Hi Colin, Thanks for staying in, and reviewing our loft and your lovely comments. The gorgeous swimming pool is 50 meters from the front door of our loft, which is situated in one of the hippest parts of Cape Town, De Waterkant. Within a 10 minute walk you will find yourself in the heart of the V&A Waterfront in one direction or downtown in the City Centre in the other.
