This luxurious self-catering retreat offers complete relaxation and authentic charm on a large estate adjacent to the Constantia Valley vineyards. A country style house is exactly that!

Formerly a working farm, the estate is located in the lush, fertile Constantia Valley - or ‘Valley of the Vines’ as it is known locally.

This self catering Villa in Constantia is a tranquil, scenic retreat that promises every guest a most peaceful and memorable stay. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains and famous vineyards, it is hard to believe that everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday is right on your doorstep!

That is the beauty of this quaint rural setting; belies a fantastic accessibility to all Cape Town has to offer, making it the perfect stop over for both holiday makers and business persons.

This luxury accommodation consists of a 3-storey building with 4 double en-suite rooms (bath and shower), a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

The large shaded balcony running the length of the building is wonderful on summer days and balmy African nights.

There is also a sparkling outdoor pool 20 meters from the house; a– perfect for cooling off in those hot summer months. It's fully enclosed by a gate and high fence.

And large 10 seater outside table with braai. Ideal as this place calls for being in nature.

The 4 bedrooms are comfortable with fresh but classic décor and views of mountains and gardens. (2 extra single beds can be added to accommodate 10 guests)

Adsl WiFi internet access and a printer, scanner and fax.

Servicing and laundry as included every 2nd day. Serviced on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Additional service, by prior arrangement at an extra R300 per day fee - one load of laundry service FREE per week. Extra laundery at an additional cost.

Babysitting available by prior arrangement through a babysitting service at an additional charge.

Just a 2-minute drive, you will find Buitenverwachting and Klein Constantia wine farms. There are excellent restaurants and world-famous golf courses in the valley and beautiful beaches within 15 minutes drive.The Constantia Village shopping mall (5 minutes drive) is home to art galleries, chic fashion boutiques, jewellers, lifestyle and interior décor shops, fresh food halls, music and book centres, beauty salons, banks, travel agencies and foreign exchange services - as well as a row of cosmopolitan restaurants and coffee shops.

As an added service to our valued guests, we will happily assist you with car hire (the property provides secure parking), as well as the booking of tours and restaurants – although guests should be reminded that restaurants need to be booked in advance for the busy holiday season!
