We rent our very special house of Shells, the exclusive residence of the Chief Butterflies Coda Cavallo in San Teodoro, with direct access to the beach of Cala Suaraccia, (sandy beach very suitable for children ...) where you can also rent small boats and book snorkeling and submarine visits led by the Sub Dive Center Aquarius professionals to visit this beautiful marine park of Tavolara and Molara islands. In the residence there is also a clubhouse with bar and simple games for children, tennis courts and swimming pool all at guests' disposal. The house consists of living room kitchen complete with every comfort for cooking, also a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob induction, 1 electric oven and 1 microwave, 1 electric kettle, kitchen LCD TV SAT with dolby dvd, a master bedroom with bathroom of turquoise blue. A master bedroom with coral pink bathroom, with adjoining small sitting room with SAT LCD TV and DVD and a sofa bed with 2 additional beds, for a total of 6 comfortable beds; wide and covered porch with barbecue surrounded by greenery; sun terrace with stunning views of the islands of Tavolara and Molara and the gulf; small terrace with sea view; private garden area equipped for a solarium, shower and direct access to Cala Suaraccia beach where there are also 1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs reserved included in the rate from 1 June to 30 September. After every start is done cleaning and total recovery from corporate professional cleaning with high disinfectant products that provide maximum dell'igiene.La house is air conditioned in every room and has the 'WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS UNLIMITED.
