Lovely apartment 50 meters from the sandy beach of Naregno. The apartment is from the characteristic village of Capoliveri ca 3 km and attended Portoazzurro country ca 3 km. The beach of Naregno it is free that equipped and there are restaurants and convenience store. The apartment consists of living room with kitchenette, large fridge with freezer, washing machine and 2 sofa bed comfortable places, camping cot on request, double bedroom and bathroom. 32 ' Lcd tv with Freeview, dvd dvix, stereo and air conditioning complete the Interior. The outdoor garden is surrounded by greenery and equipped with table and 5 chairs, great arm umbrella. For the sea two aluminum deck, two Beach buggy and sunshade included. Private car parking.

Response from the owner Buongiorno, fin dal primo momento che la signora Aniello mi ha prenotato tramite il vs sito, ha creato solo problemi. Premetto che la signora parla perfettamente l' italiano e quindi lo sa anche leggere essendo chiaramente di origini italiane (il marito). Bastava che leggesse l' annuncio che riporta nella descrizione una camera matrimoniale ed un divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno. Mi ha chiesto la biancheria per la camera e per il bagno che io normalmente non do a nessuno. Prima erano in due adulti e poi, avrebbero voluto essere in 4 adulti e dopo hanno ricambiato e sono rimasti in due. Avrebbero voluto che qualcuno andasse a prenderli al porto di Portoferraio per essere accompagnati all' appartamento che si trova a ca 14 km dal porto.Avesse voluto qualcosa di diverso dalle foto e dalla descrizione, avrebbe dovuto andare in un albergo 5 stelle e non avrebbe sicuramente speso la stessa cifra In camera da letto c'e' un armadio con una scarpiera e in soggiorno ci sono vari armadi. I signori hanno rotto le scatole sempre senza motivo. Saluti Marcello Pagni
