Nel nostro piccolo Residence armonicamente inserito nell’ambiente naturale circostante con grande terrazza vista mare e parco giochi ben attrezzato per i bimbi, proponiamo un appartamento confortevole A SOLO 150 mt REALI da quella che è stata rinominata affettuosamente la “SPIAGGIA DELLE TARTARUGHE” (raggiungibile comodamente a piedi) per il meraviglioso e rarissimo spettacolo della schiusa delle uova avvenuto di recente, con spiaggia libera e con tutti i servizi balneari classici, bar, ristorante..., inoltre resterete affascinati anche dalle altre spiagge e calette intorno parte del Parco di “Costa dei Gabbiani”.
A circa 3 km si trova il Borgo medievale di Capoliveri rinomato per la sua meravigliosa posizione e attrattive turistiche.
Presso "Elba Serena" Riccardo e Stefania faranno il possibile per farvi sentire ospiti graditi e per farvi realizzare una vacanza “Davvero Serena”… Attenti però "Elba Serena" SIAMO SOLO NOI (sia la Villa "Vista Serena" che il Residence “Elba Serena” presso la spiaggia ) e proponiamo TUTTI appartamenti SOLO bilocali sempre senza altre abitazioni sovrastanti.
Il Residence "Elba Serena" dove è situato l’appartamento qui proposto dista solo 150 metri reali dalla spiaggia offre appartamenti fino a 5 posti letto, tutti con una camera sempre separata dal soggiorno, tutti con ingresso indipendente e spazio esterno proprio arredati in modo funzionale, letti in camera con ottimi materassi Memory Foam, bagno con doccia e con finestra.
