Description
La Villa dello Scoglio sorge a 15 metri dal mare sulla Punta delle Ripalte, la punta più a sud dell’Elba, molto conosciuta tra i sub perché è tra i luoghi più ricchi di fauna marina dell’isola! Per accedere al mare e fare un tuffo dagli scogli basta uscire di casa e percorrere un breve sentiero. Viene chiamata infatti Villa dello Scoglio proprio per la posizione in cui sorge! Molti ospiti la paragonano ad una barca, però con la sicurezza di essere a terra!
La Villa dello Scoglio si raggiunge lasciando il caratteristico paese di Capoliveri e percorrendo una strada panoramica a picco sulla costa, che corre, sterrata e polverosa, tra i profumi della macchia mediterranea per una decina di chilometri. Ci si immerge in un luogo senza tempo in cui la natura è la padrona incontrastata. La casa si trova all’interno della Tenuta delle Ripalte, una tenuta privata di 400 ettari di bosco e macchia mediterranea, con 12 kilometri di costa (la Villa dello Scoglio è una proprietà indipendente dalla Tenuta delle Ripalte). L’accesso a tutta questa vasta area della Tenuta delle Ripalte, che comprende spiagge, boschi e vitigni, è consentito solamente agli ospiti della Tenuta e della Villa dello Scoglio. Questo sistema permette che anche nei giorni di altissima stagione le persone che frequentano le spiagge della zona siano veramente poche!
La Villa dello Scoglio è avvolta dalla macchia mediterranea inframmezzata da piccole oasi di oleandri, piante grasse e tamerici.
La casa è stata costruita verso gli anni 20 del XX secolo come avamposto per una fotocellula militare nella punta più a sud dell’Elba, luogo molto importante a livello strategico. La fotocellula pare che illuminasse a giorno l’isola di Montecristo che si trova proprio davanti all’orizzonte.
La vista è mozzafiato, davanti alla casa si apre tutto il mar Mediterraneo nella sua pienezza: si possono scorgere l’Argentario e le isole del Giglio, di Montecristo e di Pianosa. Ad est si intravede addirittura la Corsica dietro la quale il sole si corica regalando dei magnifici tramonti.
È il posto ideale per riposarsi dalla vita frenetica. E’ un luogo da amatori: ce ne si innamora se piace essere ospiti in un territorio “selvaggio”, appartati nella natura, fare 12 chilometri di strada sterrata per raggiungere il paese di Capoliveri, tuffarsi dagli scogli sotto casa in un mare incontaminato, vedere poca gente anche il 15 di agosto, poter usare il cellulare solo da uno scoglio.
Da quest'anno abbiamo installato il wi.fi. E' ancora in fase sperimentale, dato il punto dove si trova la casa non garantiamo ancora il funzionamento.
Se si vuole raggiungere qualche compromesso è possibile accedere all’interno della tenuta ad una spiaggia attrezzata con ogni confort: bagni, docce, sdraio, ombrelloni, bagnino, bar e ristorante con wi.fi (dove ogni giorno viene servita la grigliata di pesce e di carne).
Sempre all’interno della tenuta è possibile raggiungere altre spiagge della Costa dei Gabbiani selvagge e non attrezzate, una più bella dell’altra.
La casa si presta molto ad essere vissuta negli spazi esterni: le vele blu della veranda offrono una gentile ombra al tavolo esterno su cui è possibile pranzare ammirando i colori del mare e ci si può rilassare al sole sulle sdraio e sui lettini.
È presente poi un barbecue con piano d’appoggio e una pratica doccia esterna con acqua calda scaldata dal sole (calda fino verso le 19,00).
In tre minuti, percorrendo un sentierino affiancato da un piccolo torrente, si possono raggiungere gli scogli sottostanti dai quali si può far un tuffo nell’acqua azzurra.
La primavera regala emozioni di colore con fiori rosa che ricoprono gran parte della roccia.
Gli arredi interni sono stati scelti negli anni dai proprietari con semplicità e gusto.
La cucina è indipendente ed è collegata con il piano esterno del barbecue attraverso una finestra.
Il soggiorno è collegato alla veranda da due porte finestre, una finestra apre la vista sul mare. L’ambiente è molto luminoso e si compone di una zona living e di un tavolo da pranzo. Sopra il soggiorno si affaccia un soppalco di legno dipinto di bianco dotato di due comodi letti.
Sono due le zone notte, un’area sul retro della casa con una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia, con accesso diretto sul giardino e la doccia esterna; l’altra zona notte si raggiunge dal soggiorno tramite un corridoio su cui si affacciano una camera con un letto a castello, un bagno con doccia e una camera matrimoniale con vista mare.
La notte regala una magnifica sorpresa: se c’è la luna la sua luce è talmente forte che è possibile muoversi senza pila. Se non c’è la luna il manto stellato è incredibile, è infatti visibile tutta la via lattea.
La zona è particolarmente attraente per chi ama la natura ed è in cerca di pace e tranquillità. Una vacanza allo Scoglio è una vera e propria immersione nella natura: 400 ETTARI DI BOSCO E MACCHIA MEDITERRANEA, 12 KM DI COSTA VI ATTENDONO PER UNA VACANZA INDIMENTICABILE, OSPITI DELLA NATURA
