In posizione ottimale, a duecento metri da una delle piu' belle spiagge di Carloforte(girin) e a seguire tutte le altre, accogliente e solare casa appena ristrutturata, provvista di ampia veranda e piccola pineta per un totale relax. Si può raggiungere in poco tempo il paese che dista appena 3 km. La casa è servita dalla rete idrica cittadina e non da pozzi o cisterne ed è dotata di parcheggio privato .Nel giardino e ' presente una doccia esterna e barbecue .

Response from the owner Salve, solo ora ho avuto modo di visionare la recensione del signor Simone, non ho da rispondere a niente di ciò che è stato scritto, mi limito a invitare chi sarebbe interessato a prendere in esame la mia casa , a verificare le recensioni presenti in altri siti scritte da tutti gli altri inquilini che hanno avuto modo di conoscere ed apprezzare noi proprietari e la nostra casa .
